Begin with a scenic transfer from Comodoro Rivadavia Airport to Lago La Plata—a journey of 5 to 6 hours through sweeping Patagonian landscapes. Once you reach the lake, a private boat will carry you across Lago La Plata to the island. Depending on weather conditions, the crossing takes approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. (Charter flight options are available upon request.)

  • Culinary Mastery


Participate in five “fuegos” cooking classes led by Francis Mallmann himself. Each day, one of the meals becomes part of the fuego class, giving you hands-on practice with Mallmann’s legendary open-fire techniques.

All meals, beverages, and core daily activities are included. Explore the natural surroundings with walks of various lengths and difficulties near the island. Afternoons are for relaxation: dip into the lake, unwind in a lakeside hot tub or sauna, lounge on the deck, or take a plunge off the platform or diving board.

For guests seeking even more, optional activities such as boat fishing with lures, fly fishing, yoga, bird watching, massages, and others can be added to enrich your unique experience. Please note that these extras carry an additional cost and must be reserved at least one month in advance.
